Refunds

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and practical purposes, certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., custom-made items, used consumables, or products exposed to liquids or hazardous environments). If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
